OSCODA – Oscoda Township Police Chief Mark David reports additional warrants were recently issued by the Iosco County prosecutor in connection with the residential break-ins which plagued Oscoda property owners earlier this year.
Among those arrested was Billy Joe Demoines, 34, Oscoda. He is charged with seven counts of 2nd-degree home invasion and four counts of receiving-and-concealing stolen property (R&C) valued at less than $200.
Also arrested was Kyle Alexander Young, 26, Oscoda. He faces additional charges of R&C less than $1,000, possession of heroin, driving while license was suspended/revoked/denied (DWLS) and four new counts of 2nd-degree home invasion. These are in addition to the two breaking-and-entering counts and one R&C count for which he was arrested in May.
Three new counts of 2nd-degree home invasion were also brought against Mark Anthony-William Soroka, 29, Oscoda. These are in addition to the count on which he was arrested in May.
