TAWAS CITY – It’s time for summer and the first arts and crafts show of the season. Held Saturday and Sunday, this year’s 24th annual Memorial Weekend Arts and Crafts Show show will be bigger than ever, according to the sponsoring Tawas Area Chamber of Commerce.
EAST TAWAS – For those planning to view the Tawas Bay Players’ spring production of The Marvelous Wonderettes, consider this your warning that you may not be able to shake the catchy tunes in the musical from your head for quite some time.

OSCODA – The Oscoda Alumni group is looking for volunteers to keep the committee moving forward in planning annual Oscoda High School reunions.
STANDISH – Arenac Choraleers will present its spring concert titled “Everything’s Coming Up Roses!” on Sunday, May 1 at 7 p.m. at Standish-Sterling Central High School in Standish.
EAST TAWAS – Members of Huron Shores Chorus will perform their 2016 spring concert, Harmony and Peace, at Oscoda United Methodist Church Friday, April 22 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, April 24 at 3 p.m. at Tawas Area Presbyterian Church, East Tawas.
OSCODA – Shoreline Players will be presenting its fourth and final in a series of murder mysteries on Saturday, April 16, at the Camp Inn Lodge in Oscoda.
