OSCODA – The Shoreline players hosted a five week summer camp titled Shoreline Players Youth Drama Association (SPYDA) summer program where kids were given the opportunity to audition for this year’s summer musical “Curtain Call”.

EAST TAWAS – The Iosco County Historical Society (ICHS) and Museum will present its 20th annual Christmas Home Tour on Saturday Dec. 3, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.  All tours will start at the museum in East Tawas, where light refreshments will be served and holiday music will fill the air.

OSCODA – After seven weeks of competition at the AuSable Inn and Finish Line Bar in Oscoda, Heather Kersey was the decided winner of The Voice Oscoda. She was awarded $1,000 cash by the AuSable Inn and 10 hours of recording time at Sound, Stage and Light of Michigan with engineer Sal Agnello.

EAST TAWAS – Tawas Bay Players will open its fall thriller I’ll Be Back Before Midnight this weekend at the Tawas Bay Playhouse in East Tawas.

EAST TAWAS – “Fall into Art” will be held Saturday, Oct. 8 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Tawas Bay Art Gallery, 302 Newman St., East Tawas.
